RESOLUTION OF THE TFT AS SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

The Supervisory Board resolved to elect Alar Kiilmaa a member of 

the 

TFT AS Management Board as of 12.08.99.

 

Alar Kiilmaa (30) is a graduate of Tartu University’s economic  

department, majoring in finance.

Alar Kiilmaa was employed by Eesti Krediidipank between 1992 and 

1995 

as a director of correspondent banking department. 

Between 1994 and 1995 Alar Kiilmaa was an intern with Standard 

Chartered Bank in London.

Between 1995 and 1997 Alar Kiilmaa held a position of assistant 

auditor 

in Price Waterhouse. Alar Kiilmaa is currently a member of the 

Supervisory Board of AS Orto.

 

Alar Kiilmaa does not hold shares in TFT AS.

 

As of 12.08.99, the Management Board of TFT AS consists of Jelena 

Borcova (chairman) and Alar Kiilmaa.
