CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

 

SIA Merks (100% subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus located in the 

Republic 

of Latvia) and SIA Pils Development concluded on 28.07.1999 a 

contract for II stage reconstruction works of Grand Palace Hotel 

(address Pilsi 12, Riga) for 3.39 million USD, plus VAT. The works 

will be completed in May 2000.
