AS Pro Kapital and AS Hansa Liising Eesti concluded on 22.07.1999 

an 

underwriting agreement, pursuant to which AS Pro Kapital will 

guarantee the liabilities of OÜ Nurmelin to Hansa Liising for 11 

million EEK.

 

OÜ Nurmelin, the owner of Kristiine Kaubanduskeskus, is a 

subsidiary 

of AS Pro Kapital. AS Pro Kapital has 60.62% holding in OÜ 

Nurmelin. 

 

AS Pro Kapital will secure the loan given to OÜ Nurmelin to buy 

from 

AS Tulika Grupp an additional 23 thousand m2 estate located next to 

Kristiine Kaubanduskeskus. The aforementioned agreement is valid 

until OÜ Nurmelin will meet its liabilities to Hansa Liising. It 

includes no additional obligations to AS Pro Kapital.
