ANNOUNCEMENT

The Tallinn City Court resolved on 25.06.1999 not to satisfy the 

claim of A.Randi against TFT AS for 1.03 million EEK.

 

The court resolution can be appealed to the Tallinn District Court 

via the Tallinn City Court, informing the other parties of the 

appeal 

in written form within 10 days. 

The suit of A.Randi was related to purchase and sale of TFT AS 

shares 

between 1997-1998. The suit was brought to court on 22.07.1998. 

According to I.Hallaste, the representative of A.Randi in the 

court, 

the plaintiff carried losses due to allegedly false announcements 

made by TFT AS in 1997.

 

Tallinn City Court declared the court suit unsound and resolved not 

to satisfy the claim. A.Randi was obliged to pay the judicial 

expenses of 16 815 EEK for benefit of TFT AS.
