PRO KAPITAL ACQUIRED 100% HOLDING IN OÜ NURMELIN 

 

AS Pro Kapital acquired 100% holding in OÜ Nurmelin. AS Pro Kapital 

bought 39.38% holding in OÜ Nurmelin from Baltic Investments company 

at nominal price, i.e. 31 504 000 EEK.  

 

The transaction was not concluded between related parties. In accordance 

with the agreement made between the transaction parties, the transaction 

became effective as of 31.08.1999.

 

Before the aforementioned transaction, Pro Kapital owned 60.62% holding in 

OÜ Nurmelin. The capital stock of OÜ Nurmelin is 80 000 000 EEK. 

 

AS Nurmelin is the owner and administrator of one of the largest shopping 

centers -- Kristiine Kaubanduskeskus (Kristiine Shopping Center), which was 

opened in May 1999. The general area of Kristiine Kaubanduskeskus is 21 000 m2.
