COMMENTS TO THE REUTERS' NEWS OF 01.10.99.

 

The executives of AS Norma participated in evaluation of AS Norma, which 

was ordered by Autoliv Inc. 

The negotiations about sale of shareholding in AS Norma are held between 

the representatives of AS Norma Group and Autoliv Inc. As the executives 

of AS Norma do not participate in these negotiations, they do not hold 

information about and give comments on the negotiations.

 

The company will inform the Tallinn Stock Exchange of conclusion of the 

contract as well as all other significant events.
