SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS FOR PUBLIC ISSUE OF REVAL HOTELLIGRUPI AS SHARES

 

1. The public issue of Reval Hotelligrupi AS shares ended today, in 

the course of which the company issued 725 830 new shares. The 

Supervisory Board of Reval Hotelligrupi AS decided to set the 

equilibrium price of the shares issued via the public share issue 

(registered by the Securities Inspectorate under registration 

number of RVPA-275) at 35 (thirty-five) EEK per share, hence at 

premium of 25 EEK per share.

Major subscribers included the clients of Bank of Bermuda, clients 

of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and clients of Pictet & Cie.

 

2. Unsubscribed 574 170 shares were cancelled by the resolution of 

the executive manager of Reval Hotelligrupi AS.
