PCTG WILL INCLUDE STRATEGIC PARTNER

 

PCT Grupp (name soon to be changed to XXL.EE) resolved to co-operate with 

the communications agency Hanashi IFC for development of digital media 

services. The co-operation will not include changes in the circle of the 

company's owners.

 

Yesterday the parties signed the Letter of Intent, pursuant to which Hanashi 

IFC will provide consultations and analysis services on internet solutions to 

the companies of PCT Grupp as well as their clients.

 

The role of Hanashi IFC is to support the content of the internet solutions 

provided by PCT Grupp. The content provision offered by PCT Grupp in co-operation 

with Hanashi IFC is a new niche on the local internet-services market.

 

The consumer demand for consultations and analysis services on non-technical, i.e. 

on entrepreneurial and business levels, has proceeded mainly from development of 

digital media into leading communications solutions environment.

 

Hanashi IFC is a communications agency oriented towards financial and IT-sectors.

PCTG is internet-based IT-group, which consists of digital media agency XXL Digital, 

portal XXL.EE and IT-services providing company PCT Arvutid. PCTG is listed on the
