MR. MART ALTVEE ELECTED TO THE POSITION OF THE NEW CHAIRMAN

OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF ÜHISLIISING

 

On  the  8th  of  October  1999,  the Supervisory Board of Ühisliising

elected  Mr.  Mart  Altvee  to  the  position  of  the Chairman of the

Management Board from candidates presented beforehand.

 

Mr. Mart Altvee has born  in 1970. He has graduated  Tallinn Technical

University on  the speciality  of management  of production  economics

and in 1998 has defended  the Master of Economic Science  thesis. From

1994 up to now  he has worked as  Executive Head of AS  Sangar, before

that he has worked at the same company as commercial director.

 

Former Chairman  of the  Management Board,  Mr. Marek  Puidak, left on

his own will at  the end of July  this year. After that  Ülo Suurkask,

Vice President of Eesti Ühispank, has temporarily filled the  position

as a substitute.

 

Mr. Mart Altvee's authorities in  the position of the Chairman  of the

Management Board begin from Nov.3, 1999.
