RESOLUTIONS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF ASA KINDLUSTUS AS

 

On 11.10.99 the Supervisory Board of ASA Kindlustus AS made the 

following resolutions:

 

1. To recall all members of the Management Board of ASA Kindlustus AS.

2. To elect Riho Rull the member of the Management Board of ASA 

Kindlustus AS as of 11.10.99.
