CONCLUSION OF RENT CONTRACT 

 

On 12.10.1999 Tallinna Kaubamaja AS and AS Silikaat concluded a rent 

contract for establishment of trade center at Pärnu St. 238, Tallinn. 

The general area of the new trade center is 13 000m2 (incl. 8400m2 

of sales premises), of which 5000m2 will be used by A-Selver, the 

subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja. The trade center also has 1430 m² 

of office premises, to be occupied by the Kaubamaja group 

as of fall 2000.

The new trade center Selver is scheduled to be opened in fall 2000. 

Kaubamaja will invest 50 million EEK into the project.
