OFFERING TO SHAREHOLDERS OF EESTI NÄITUSTE AS

 

AS Eesti Näitused hereby announces that its majority shareholder AS Eferelt 

has decided to make a public offering to the minority shareholders of AS 

Eesti Näitused during 26.10.1999 - 30.11.1999 at 12.5 EEK per share. The 

aforementioned decision was made in accordance with the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

Listing Committee's resolution from 19.10.1999 to delist the shares of Eesti 

Näituste AS from the Secondary List of the Tallinn Stock Exchange, provided 

that AS Eferelt will make an offering to the minority shareholders, with 

duration of at least 5 (five) weeks, the terms and conditions of which are 

at least equal to those of the first offering.

 

Detailed information about the purchase offering will be published on 

26.10.1999 through the Exchange information system.
