RESOLUTION OF AS NORMA SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

On its first meeting the new Supervisory Board of AS Norma 

elected Jörgen Svensson (Vice-President of Autoliv AB) the 

chairman of the Supervisory Board.

 

The following people were elected to the Management Board: 

Chairman - Peep Siimon

Members - Peeter Tibbo

          Ivar Aas 

          Leif Gunnarson (Autoliv Sverige AB)

          Leif Åkerblad (Autoliv Sverige AB)

 

AS Norma will publish its 9-months consolidated financial 

results by 01.11.99 at the latest.
