ABOUT DISPOSAL OF SHAREHOLDING IN EESTI SPAR AS 

 

AS Estiko earned 3020.0 thousand EEK of revenue from disposal of 

shareholding in AS Eesti Spar. AS Estiko concurrently reduced its 

liabilities by 3950.0 thousand EEK. On preliminary information, the 

company’s loss from transaction is 335 thousand EEK. Specified data 

will be published in H1 report.
