POTENTIAL LIABILITIES

 

According to information from Hansapank, AS Estiko may have additional 

off-balance sheet liabilities in total volume of up to 4 million EEK, 

which are not currently reflected in the company's financial statements.

The aforementioned liabilities may occur in Q3 1999. The Management Board 

of AS Estiko will investigate circumstances related with this information, 

and will make a respective announcement upon clarification. 

This information is not related with disposal of AS Estiko’s 

shareholding in AS Eesti SPAR.
