CHANGE IN HANSA CAPITAL’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

On May 24 Hansa Capital’s council appointed 3 new members to the board 

of the company. The new members are Kalle Kiigske – director of the 

factoring division of Hansa Capital, Gerd Krieger – director of the 

leasing division of Hansa Capital and Kristina Siimer – CFO of Hansa 

Capital. The previous work experience of the new members is the 

following:

 

Kalle Kiigske

Nov 95–Oct 97 – Head of Factoring in AS Ühisliising;

Jan 95-Nov 95 – Project manager at Profindex

 

Gerd Krieger

1998-1999 – Director of Estonian leasing division at Hansa Leasing 

1997 – Industrial equipment project manager at Hansa Leasing

1996 – Advisor for the Chamber of Commerce and Trade in Tartu

1996 – Representative of the Münster Chamber of Small Businesses in 

Tartu

 

Kristina Siimar
