SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS OF AS REVAL HOTELLIGRUPP SHARES

 

AS Reval Hotelligrupp will fix on 31.05.99 the list of shareholders 

to determine the subscription rights for shares to be issued based on 

the respective resolution of the 30.04.99 annual general meeting of 

shareholders. 

 

Proceeding from the above, the shares of AS Reval Hotelligrupp are 

traded cum-rights for the last day today, on 25.05.99. 

The shares will go ex-rights from tomorrow, 26.05.99.
