NEW CHAIRMAN OF THE OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF AS ESTIKO 

 

The Supervisory Board of AS Estiko, including Kalju Hellenurm, Valve 

Kirsipuu and Neinar Seli, recalled on their today’s meeting with two 

affirmative votes the current Chairman of the Management Board of AS 

Estiko, Jaanus Salum. The Supervisory Board elected Mart Raik the new 

Chairman of the Management Board of AS Estiko (three affirmative 

votes).

 

Mart Raik was born on 07.01.1955.

Mart Raik graduated from the department of economy of the University 

of Tartu in 1978, majoring in economic cybernetics.

Has worked as director of RAT Vanemuise, Finest Tartu Hotels, AS 

Strand Projekt, and managing director of Baltika Kaubandusgrupi AS, 

Chairman of the Management Board of EMV Kinnisvara AS and AS Pintaro. 

Last employed by Eesti Politseiamet (Estonian Police) as counselor.

 

Mart Raik does not hold shares in AS Estiko.
