LISTING PROCEDURE OF ADDITIONAL ISSUE OF AS EESTI TELEKOM SHARES

 

Based on the listing application of 07.05.99, the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange started the procedure of listing of 65 883 780 A-type ordinary 

shares of AS Eesti Telekom, issued via direct issue, on the TSE Main 

List. As of 07.05.99, there are 73 500 000 A-type ordinary shares of AS 

Eesti Telekom listed on the TSE Main List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the Listing 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
