NEW MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE OF AS RAKVERE LIHAKOMBINAAT (RLK) 

 

On 28.04.99, the Supervisory Board of RLK approved the company’s new 

management structure, which will be applied as of 01.05.1999.

 

The current managing director of RLK, Peeter Maspanov, was appointed 

the management director of RLK Group. P. Maspanov also continues to 

meet his duties as the Chairman of the Management Board of RLK, and 

Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of AS Ekseko, Rigas Miesnieks and 

Rigas Miesnieks Trading.

 

Until finding a new candidate for the position of managing director 

of RLK, the respective duties will be met by the company’s director 

of development Ilkka HÄYHÄ.

 

The changes in the management structure of RLK proceeded from the 

need to make the management of RLK Group more effective.
