SALES OF OWNERSHIP

 

Today the Council of Eesti Varakindlustus confirmed the sales of 

92.94% of AS Baltic Insurance Group shares, which form 100% of the 

shares of AS Baltic Insurance Group owned by Eesti Varakindlustus. 

AS Baltic Insurance Group owns 95.58% of the Lithuanian insurance 

company KDK Draudimas.

KDK’s first quarter premiums totalled LTL 2.31 million (EEK 7.95 

million), which forms 12.5% of the total premiums collected by Eesti 

Varakindlustus.
