POSTPONED AGM OF SAULES LAIKS SHAREHOLDERS

 

Due to the delay in completion of the audit on the financial results 

of Saules Laiks (by auditors), the annual general meeting of Saules 

Laiks shareholders was decided to postpone. The AGM was supposed to 

be convened on April 19, 1999.

The Supervisory Board of Saules Laiks will announce the final date 

of the annual general meeting of shareholders shortly.
