SALES OF AN ASSOCIATED COMPANY

 

 

Today, April 9, AS Hansapank and AS ESS signed the sales 

agreement of the shares of AS Sularahakeskus. According to the 

agreement Hansapank will sell its 50% ownership in AS 

Sularahakeskus to AS ESS.

 

According to the director of the bank’s administration division, 

Mr Aivo Adamson, Hansapank is selling its holding in the cash 

realisation centre as a non-strategic activity.

 

Despite of the divestment, Hansapank will maintain a seat in the 

council of AS Sularahakeskus

 

The transaction does not have a significant influence on the 

financial results of Hansapank.

 

The sales price is confidential.
