CORRECTION TO ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR LISTING OF PENNU CTG AS 

SHARES

 

There was an error in the previously published announcement about procedures 

for listing of additionally issued shares of AS Pennu CTG.

The number of additionally issued AS Pennu Computer Technology Group 

shares is 400 000 instead of 4 000 000.

PROCEDURES FOR LISTING OF ADDITIONAL ISSUE OF PENNU CTG AS SHARES

 

In accordance with the documents submitted, the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

started on 28.10.99 the procedures for listing of 400 000 additionally 

issued shares of AS Pennu Computer Technology Group on the TSE Secondary 

List. As of 01.11.99, 1 600 000 shares of AS Pennu Computer Technology 

Group are listed on the TSE Secondary List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the Listing 

Committee made during the listing procedure.

 

 

TSE
