RESOLUTIONS OF AS ESTIKO SUPERVISORY BOARD:

CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

On 02.11.1999 the Supervisory Board recalled the Management Board

members Igor Sada and Peeter Kinks. Igor Sada will continue on the 

position of AS Estiko CFO.

 

The Supervisory Board elected Priit Sauk (responsible for area of 

real estate) and Ain Tammvere (responsible for area of production) 

the new members of AS Estiko Management Board.

 

Peeter Kinks and Igor Sada were also recalled from the Management 

Boards of Estiko Investeeringute AS and AS Estiko Plastar.
