TRADE IN LEKS KINDLUSTUS SHARES

 

Due to the registration of the increase in the share capital of Leks 

Kindlustuse AS (300 000 shares directed to Swiss Re, and 100 000 shares 

issued for management share options) in the Commercial Register, and 

registration of the shares issued in the Estonian Central Depository 

for Securities, 7 611 680 ordinary shares of Leks Kindlustus are 

traded under a common name of LEKS starting from today, 05.03.99.

 

Trading takes place on public order book. 

Minimum lot is 5000 and tick size 0.05 kroons.
