TALLINNA FARMAATSIATEHASE AS

ANNOUNCEMENT

Today, on 04.03.99, the decree of Tallinna Linnakohus (Tallinn 

City Court), according to which the court case AS Hansapank vs. 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas was closed, became effective. The court 

annulled the pledge established with the decree of 04.11.98, 

according to which a part of the inventory of TFT AS was 

arrested.
