DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL RESULTS VIA THE STOCK EXCHANGE SYSTEM IN 1999

 

Starting from 1999, AS Baltika discloses the unconsolidated 

results of Baltika on monthly basis, and quarterly consolidated 

interim reports along with the commentaries during the third 

week following the accounting period. 

The 1998 audited reports will be published within the 13th week 

of 1999. Due to that, the unconsolidated balance sheets of 

January and February 1999 will not be disclosed, since in case 

of possible changes in the beginning balances, the balance 

sheets presented during the above-mentioned periods cannot be 

evaluated and compared objectively. Announcement about the 

disclosure of preliminary results of 1999 will be made in 

December.
