TRADE IN AS EESTI TELEKOM SHARES

 

According to the best knowledge of Tallinn Stock Exchange, AS Eesti Telekom intends 

to meet all the conditions set by the TSE Listing Committee by 10.02.99. 

 

Proceeding from that, the trade in 73 500 000 AS Eesti Telekom shares 

(ISIN: EE3100007220) on the Tallinn Stock Exchange will presumably start   

on 11.02.99 at 10:00 AM. 

 

Trading will take place on the dealer market.

Minimum amount is 1000 and price tick 0.25 EEK.

 

An announcement confirming the above information will be published before the 

trading starts.
