CHAIRMAN OF THE SUBSIDIARY’S MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

The Supervisory Board of Saules Laiks, (Latvian subsidiary of Leks 

Kindlustus, where Leks Kindlustus holds 78.1 % of shares) appointed on 

04.02.99 the Management Board’s member Iveta Voltnere to the position 

of the Chairman of the Management Board of the insurance company. Iveta 

Voltnere works in Saules Laiks as director of development since May 

1998. Prior to that, she was a marketing director of the largest 

Latvian insurance company Balta. Iveta Voltnere worked for the 

insurance company Balta since 1994.
