CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF EESTI ÜHISPANK

 

Ühispank announces that two Management Board members of Eesti Ühispank - 

Ott Karolin (vice-president, manager of credit and corporate banking 

division) and Urmas Pütsepp (director of financial planning division)

have presented an application to resign from February 15, 1999.

 

Until the appointment of new employees to these positions, the duties of 

the manager of credit and corporate banking are met by Andrus Kimber

(current director of the Estonian loan division), and the duties of

the director of financial planning division are met by Ülo Suurkask

(current vice-president and member of the Management Board).
