Pro Kapital will fix the list of shareholders eligible for pre-emptive 

subscription right as of 28.01.99 8:00 AM.

 

Proceeding from that, today, January 22, is the last day when the shares 

of Pro Kapital are traded cum-rights. Shares will go ex-rights from Monday,
