TRADE IN LEKS KINDLUSTUS SHARES 

 

Due to the registration of the increase of share capital (by 3 012 480 shares)

after the merger of AS Leks Kindlustus and ETAS Kindlustus, 7 211 680 shares 

of Leks Kindlustus are traded under a common name of LEKS starting 

from Thursday, 31.12.98.

 

Trading takes place on the public order book. 

Minimum lot is 500 and tick size 0.05 EEK.

 

300 000 Leks Kindlustus subscription notes issued in the course of the closed 

share issuance to Swiss Reinsurance Company are still traded under the name of 

LEK-1.
