ABOUT NEGOTIATIONS WITH INVESTORS

 

AS AB Kindlustuse Grupp will continue the negotiations with 

investors to sell a portion of ASA Kindlustus AS shares. 

The sale of the shares to investors was supposed to be 

organized and the transaction carried out by Wellfix 

Investments Ltd. Wellfix Investments Ltd had the necessary 

proxies and the ASA shares for sale were transferred to its 

securities account in ECDS.

 

Due to the fact that the negotiations with investors are not 

over yet and the shares were not sold on schedule, the ASA 

shares were transferred back to the securities accounts of the 

sellers. 

Currently AB Kindlustuse Grupp owns 60% of the shares of ASA 

Kindlustus AS.
