INCREASE OF HANSABANK LATVIA’S SHARE CAPITAL

 

 

Hansabank Latvia intends to increase its share capital during 

this year by LVL 4 million, i.e. by 38% from LVL 10.5 million 

to LVL 14.5 million. The capital increase has to be approved by 

the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting convened on December 

29. According to the proposal, Hansabank-Latvia will issue 4 

million new shares through a closed issue to Hansapank.
