INCREASE OF SHARE CAPITAL OF AS EESTI KINDLUSTUS

 

On its meeting held today, December 28, the Board of Hansapank 

decided to subscribe for the 5 million new shares (15 EEK each) 

issued on the resolution of the extraordinary shareholders 

meeting of AS Eesti Kindlustus that was held on December 14. As 

a result of the issue, the share capital of AS Eesti Kindlustus 

will increase by EEK 50 million and the shareholders’ equity by 

EEK 75 million.
