ACQUISITION OF A SIGNIFICANT OWNERSHIP IN HANSAPANK

 

Hansapank hereby informs that Swedbank and Bank Handlowy have 

entered into an agreement whereby Swedbank will sell Bank 

Handlowy’s subsidiary, Handlowy Investments, 4 million shares 

of Hansapank, which forms 5.07% of Hansapank’s share capital. 

As a result of the transaction Swedbank’s ownership in 

Hansapank will decrease to 49.98%.
