The Supervisory Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange approved on its 21.12.98

meeting the registration and administration fees to the issuers. The fees are

valid from 01.01.1999. The decision is available on the TSE Internet web-page 

"Tallinna Väärtpaberibörsi reglement" (www.tse.ee/rules/).
