NEW MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

The 21.12.98 Pennu Computer Technology Group's Supervisory Board meeting decided

to approve the resignation of the current Chairman of the Management Board 

Indrek Rahumaa, and elect Arho Anttila the new member of the Management Board.

 

Up to now, Arho Anttila was employed by AS Arbusto as CEO (Chairman of the 

Management Board). He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of Tartu 

Õlletehas, Saare Õlu, A. Le Coq, and P&P Consulting.

 

Previously Arho Anttila has been a member of the Management Boards of 

Aktoris and Cresco Kapital.

 

Arho Anttila graduated in 1983 from the high school of Salo (Finland), and 

obtained the master's degrees in 1989 in Helsinki Economic and Business 

Administration University and University of South Carolina (Columbia, USA).
