FINANCIAL RESULTS 11/98

 

Leks Kindlustus and Leks Elukindlustus, the subsidiaries of Leks Grupp, have 

collected the insurance premiums in the amount of 187.4 million EEK during the 

11 months of the current year, which is 23% more than during the same period 

last year. The insurance companies have paid claims during the eleven months 

of this year in the amount of 104.4 million EEK.

 

Leks Kindlustus has collected the insurance premiums in the amount of 175.4 million 

EEK during the 11 months of the current year, of which 15.7 million EEK were

collected in November. The claims were paid by Leks Kindlustus in November in 

the amount of 11.2 million EEK.

Compared with the same result 1997, the premiums collected by Leks Kindlustus 

have increased during the first 11 months of the current year by more than

one fifth, or 21%. The insurance company has paid claims in the amount of

almost 103.1 million EEK from the beginning of this year.
