PROCEDURES FOR LISTING AS PRO KAPITAL SHARES ON TSE MAIN LIST

 

In accordance with the documents submitted on 18.11.99, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange started the procedures for listing the shares of AS 

Pro Kapital on the TSE Main List. As of 24.11.99, 22 500 000 shares 

of AS Pro Kapital are listed on the TSE Secondary List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
