ABOUT THE AGENDA OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

 

ASA Kindlustus AS hereby announces that the first item on the 

agenda of the 14.12.98 general meeting of shareholders provides 

the change in the second sentence of the article 6.1. of ASA 

Kindlustus AS statutes, and rephrase it as follows: “The 

Management Board can include up to five members”.

In accordance with the currently valid redaction, the Management 

Board can include only one member.
