COMMENTARY TO THE ARTICLES OF ÄRIPÄEV AND BNS

 

As a commentary to the 11.12.98 article of Äripäev and 10.12.98 

news of BNS about the potential loss of Pennu Computer Technology 

Group, we would like to say that the representatives of the new 

owner, CC Computer, will carry through an internal control in 

order to analyze the backgrounds of all the transactions of the 

past months and their influence on the company’s economic 

results.

 

The preliminary results of the internal control should be 

available by the 22.12.98 general meeting of the shareholders. 

The informal information is then also disclosed via the stock 

exchange system. The numbers concerning the potential loss, which 

are disclosed prior to that by analysts, representatives of PCTG, 

or others, is a speculation not supported by the results of a 

thorough analysis of the company’s situation.
