TERMINATION OF TRADE IN AS ESS SHARES

 

The termination requirements of the AS ESS listing contract as determined in 

the TSE Listing Committee's decision of 01.12.98 are met as of today. Due 

to that, the shares of AS ESS will be delisted starting from Friday, December

18, 1998, and the last day of trading in the AS ESS shares via the stock 

exchange system will be Thursday, December 17, 1998.
