SUSPENSION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF AS EMV SUBSIDIARY EMV SYSTEM-BAU 

VERTRIEBSGESELLSCHAFT MBH 

 

Due to the bankruptcy of the customer of AS EMV subsidiary EMV 

System-Bau Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH and the potential loss of ca 

6.5 million EEK coming from that, the Management Board of AS EMV 

decided on 08.12.98 to suspend the activities of the subsidiary 

EMV System-Bau Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH in Germany.

 

The management of the subsidiary was instructed to complete the 

negotiations with new potential customers by the beginning of 

February 1999. A decision about the resumption of the EMV System-

Bau Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH activities will be made after 

signing the respective contracts and receiving financial 

collateral from the customers.
