LIQUIDATION OF SUBSIDIARY

 

According to the Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS (TFT) plans of 

reorganization and changing of the sales strategies, and in accordance 

with the common sales contracts between AS TFT and Latvian medicine 

producer Grindeks, the Supervisory Council of AS TFT decided to start 

the liquidation of Mostol, the AS TFT subsidiary in Moscow.

 

AS TFT's and Grindeks's (majority shareholder of TFT) representatives 

and introducers of the medicines will continue their activities 

in Moscow.
