Eesti Ühispank confirms that as at December 3, 1998, 

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken has subscribed the closed issuance 

of 15 million shares, and made a payment for the shares in the 

amount of 600 million EEK. The specific conditions of the 

issuance are disclosed in the Ühispank 26.11.98 press release.
