LIQUIDATION ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Hoiupanga Investeerimisfond hereby announces that Hansa 

Aktivate Juhtimise AS right to administrate Hoiupanga 

Investeerimisfond (Hoiupank Investment Fund) is terminated 

based on the 05.11.98 decree of the Securities 

Inspectorate. In accordance with the law on investment funds 

§50, the administrative right is passed to the Account 

Operator.

 

On December 4, 1998, the liquidation of Hoiupanga 

Investeerimisfond will begin. The liquidator is AS Hansapank 

(registry code 10060701, address Liivalaia 8, Tallinn). 

 

The volume of the fund as at the start of the liquidation 

process was 2 068 004.62 EEK.

 

The creditors should present their requests to the liquidator 

within the period of 2 months, starting from 04.12.1998,  to 

the address Liivalaia 8, Tallinn.

 

The announcement will be made about the start of the payments 

to the holders of the shares.
