HANSA ERASTAMISE INVESTEERIMISFOND

ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to the decision of the 05.05.1998 general meeting of the 

shareholders to terminate the activities of Hansa Erastamise 

Investeerimisfond (Hansa Privatization Investment Fund), the 

shares of Hansa Erastamise Investeerimisfond will be delisted 

from the Tallinn Stock exchange after 27.11.98, and the trading 

will be suspended from 30.11.98. 

The remaining assets of the fund (24 363 049. 20 EEK) will be 

distributed based on the data from the Estonian Central 

Depository for Securities. The list of the receivers of the 

payments will be fixed as of 30.11.98 at 8:00 AM. The payments 

will be made on 02.12.98 in the amount of 20.10 EEK per share.
