CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD AND SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

On Leks Kindlustuse AS Supervisory Board’s 27.11.98 meeting, the 

Chairman of the Supervisory Board Guido Sammelselg presented a 

resignation from the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory 

Board of Leks Kindlustuse AS. The election of a new Chairman of 

the Supervisory Board will take place on the next meeting of Leks 

Kindlustuse AS on 10.12.98. After the election of the new 

Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Guido Sammelselg will continue 

as a member of the Supervisory Board.

 

With the 27.11.98 decision of the Supervisory Board, the Chairman 

of the Management Board of Leks Elukindlustuse AS Rein Loik was 

recalled from the position of the member of the Management Board 

of Leks Kindlustuse AS, due to his 16.11.98 election to the 

position of the Chairman of the Management Board of the state 

enterprise Tallinna Lennujaam (Tallinn Airport). Rein Loik will 

meet the duties of the Chairman of the Management Board until 

December 1. Katrin Holst (development director and member of the 

Management Board of Leks Elukindlustuse AS) will meet the duties 

of the Chairman of the Management Board of Leks Elukindlustuse AS 

until the appointment of a new Chairman.
